TERMS OF SALE & REFUND POLICY

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms regulate the purchase of digital products, downloadable materials, pre-recorded courses, as well as participation in live webinars, online courses, and group workshops on tres-lunas.com (hereinafter — the "Website") and form an integral part of the Terms of Use.

1.2. Information regarding individual psychological counseling on the Website is for informational purposes only. Personal consultations are not sold via automated website checkout and are subject to individual agreements.​

2. Scope of Services and Delivery

2.1. The Provider delivers services through:

• Access to pre-recorded digital content (video lessons, guides, audio files);

• Organization and execution of live webinars, online broadcasts, and group courses;

• Feedback and assignment reviews (where included in the selected package).

2.2. Services may be paid via 100% prepayment or installment plans, where available on the Website. Access is granted upon confirmation of the respective payment.

3. Customer Obligations and Intellectual Property

3.1. The Customer is responsible for maintaining working equipment, stable Internet access, required software (Zoom, Telegram), and an active email address.​

3.2. Recording audio or video during live webinars, broadcasts, or online lessons is strictly prohibited. Sharing account credentials or access links with third parties is forbidden. In case of violations, the Provider reserves the right to terminate access without a refund.tration.

3.3. The Customer may share personal reviews and results on social media, provided that restricted course materials and confidential information are not disclosed.

4. Provider Rights and Limitations of Liability

4.1. The Provider reserves the right to reschedule live webinars or lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, notifying Customers in advance and proposing alternative dates.
4.2. The Provider may engage qualified third-party experts or assistants to deliver parts of the course program.
4.3. The Provider is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party hosting platforms, broadcasting software, or payment gateways, but will make reasonable efforts to resolve outages promptly.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

5.1. Digital content is non-refundable once performance has begun. The Customer acknowledges losing their 14-day right of withdrawal upon gaining access.

5.2. Live Webinars & Courses:

• Cancellation requested before the official start date yields a 100% refund (minus payment processing fees, where applicable).

• Cancellation requested after the course has started will be refunded pro rata based on the remaining unperformed modules/lessons.

5.3. Refund requests must be submitted to ekaterina.mariposa@gmail.com and will be processed within 14 calendar days.
