This psychological component is very important to me, psychological readiness for childbirth, where there's so much information, where you can trace your evolution. When I initially approached this, full of fear and tension, feeling a sense of shame and awkwardness after the first lecture, even though I'm a woman, this is my body, I shouldn't be embarrassed or ashamed of it. I felt ashamed, awkward, and disgusted. Things that, in hindsight, you realize shouldn't be like that, it all comes from fear. And you tense up. And this preparation course gives you this path, gradually, step by step, to gain information and stop being afraid. Psychological exercises help you get into the right frame of mind, you gradually prepare. You go, and you're no longer afraid, you're more accepting, you're no longer afraid, you become curious. You explore yourself, relax, move past those unpleasant initial feelings, interest emerges, surprise, then some kind of discovery, joy. At the last class, I remember there was a video of aboriginal women giving birth in a squatting position, with everything in close-up. You asked a question during the course about the reaction to it. For some, it was too much, for others, it was unpleasant. But I watched—there was aversion at the first class, and this was the sixth, I think—and for me, it was some kind of miracle. I even cried, thinking, "Oh, my God, I want that too!" You also said that you can use a mirror, and I thought, "I'll bring a mirror." For me, it was a miracle. I watched it with wide-open eyes and was simply in awe that a woman could do that, how incredibly wonderful it was. And I thought, "Wow, what a journey I've come from that aversion to these feelings, to goosebumps, and that I want that too." I was very surprised and I think it's all thanks to you that you've structured all the classes so systematically and consistently, providing everything you need — information, exercises, psychological support, and a willingness to explore yourself. This is truly a great, incredible effort! I think it's a wonderful piece of work. It's truly valuable; sell it for as much as you can!
